I can't help but love patterns that involve all the colors of the rainbow and can still be sophisticated. These all hit the mark. A marbleized paper that's less than $5 and is practically a piece of art. A lamp that is like those bottles of colored sand that you make at a fair but don't know what to do with when you get them home (get a big bottle and make a lamp?? hmm...). And a dress with the simplest cut, but is by no means boring!
